Who We Are

The NATO Tri-Border Sailing Club (NTSC) is a recognised Club of the Allied Joint Force Command HQ Brunssum (JFCB) Morale and Welfare Activity.

The Club was first formed in Fontainebleau, France, and was officially recognised by AFCENT on 17 May 1973.  It was again formally recognized in 1994 when the constitution was re-written.  Known as the “AFCENT SAILING CLUB” (ASC) its burgee is blue with the AFCENT badge superimposed on the NATO emblem. The Sailing Club was renamed a second time in 2005 to "NATO Tri-Border Sailing Club" after the renaming from AFNORTH to JFCB, the badge was adapted and surrounded by the clubs name.
