Return Policy

Refund Policy: Total refund of the course fee may be requested up to the first day of class. For missed classes no partial refunds are possible.

Books: Books will be issued on the first day of class. During the first two weeks we recommend you not to write in the books in case you would need to switch to another course level. Otherwise, your study books cannot be returned, and you will not be reimbursed.
